System
Who creates the recipes for me?
You will receive the recipes from us. We draw on years of experience in ready-mixed concrete transport and the professional support of our concrete lab technician to guarantee high-quality concrete recipes. All recipes are additionally adapted to the aggregate sizes available to you.
Can the concrete filling station dose retarder or other additives?
Yes, the concrete filling station automatically doses retarder or other additives.
What quantities can be produced?
Starting at 0.15 m³ per charge and up to 30 m³ of concrete per hour.
How can the system be operated?
Our systems can be operated by magnetic card, QR-Code or touchscreen.

What is the capacity of the cement silo?
The standard cement silo has a capacity of 30 m³.
Which gravel and sand types do I use to fill the concrete station?
The MA15‑2 is usually filled with 0–8 mm and 8–16 mm. The MA15‑4 is usually filled with 0–8 mm, 2–8/2-5 mm, and 8–16 mm.
Can I use recycled concrete as an aggregate?
Yes — the system can also be filled with recycled concrete. Recipes are individually adjusted to your sieve curves.
Cleaning
How often do I need to clean the concrete filling station?
The concrete filling station has to be cleaned once per day.
How does the cleaning process work?
Our cleaning process is water-free. No waste or wastewater is produced.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for the systems?
Yes — we offer comprehensive service and maintenance contracts.
